Join nowI'm finding that Fidelity Investments is not showing up in the 'Find your bank' step for the 'Bank Feed Setup'. It appears from other QBO posts that it is still supported with the online version. Is there a known workaround for the desktop version?
Thank you for reaching out to the Community, coin-operated. I understand how significant it is for you to connect your bank. I can provide you with steps on how to check if Bank fidelity is still supported by QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).
The first thing we need to do is to update your QBDT release.
Here's how to update your desktop version:
After updating the version, you can try accessing the login page link for Bank fidelity to connect it to QuickBooks.
I'll leave this article for you to have detailed steps and helpful information on how to update your QBDT to the latest release: Update QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release
If it's still not working, you can reach out to Bank Fidelity's contact support if they are still supporting QBDT.
For now, you can manually upload your transactions using the CSV file as a workaround.
In addition, you can check out this article to learn how to set up a bank account and connect it to Bank Feeds in QBDT: Set up or edit bank accounts for Bank Feeds in QuickBooks Desktop

Which QB Desktop year version do you have?

Seen a lot of chatter/posts for problems connecting to Fidelity with QB online. I guess the support for desktop is dwindling.
