I recently upgraded to QB desktop 2021 on a new laptop running Windows 11.
Now every time I open QB I receive a message telling me I am missing a PDF component. I am able the file and print my PST & GST returns but they don't show up in "previously filed", however I am able to find them in the journal entries.
I have downloaded and ran the QB Tool Hub and did all the suggestions but nothing has resolved the issue. Please help me as I fear what else this may be affecting that I haven't discovered yet!
TIA

The QuickBooks Tool Hub does not work for fixing the missing pdf component. Also I can not update the tool hub in case that might be the problem. This is causing me a lot of problems. Is it Windows !! that causes this?
