Buy now & saveHi,
We are a long time user of QBO. Recently we changed office managers and I have lost track of how to print monthly statements only with non zero balances due.
I have about 650 customers. In any given month, most have zero balance forward and no activity (let's say 500). Some have no balance forward and some activity in the month just finished. Some have a balance forward and either some recent activity or no recent activity. We want to print and send (email or paper) statements only for those with some balance current or past owing. I used to know how t do this, but can't recall now how to do that. Can you help?

Hi there, @islandferries. I'm here to ensure you'll be able to create statements for your customers with non zero balance dues.
In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can specify the Customer Balance Status to Open so this will only send statements for customers with non zero balance. I'll show you how:
For your reference in creating statements in QBO, please visit this article: Create and send customer statements in QuickBooks Online. It also includes steps on how you can customize the statement.
In case you want to see current statements made for a customer, you can simply go to the Sales menu.
I'm just around the corner if you have any other concerns about creating statements in QBO. I'd be glad to assist you further. Have a great week ahead.
