We have recently opened a second branch and need to be able to sync purchases and sales between Quickbooks and our woocommerce sales site. Has anyone done this successfully?
I realize that I can get a myworks plugin to be able to run multiple sites in woocommerce but since Quickbooks does not support multiple locations would I need to buy a second Quickbooks account in order to be able to do this?
The concerns are that we process bills in Quickbooks which automatically updates the inventory levels on the web site. If we have multiple locations in woocommerce we would not be able to select with location the new inventory gets added to. Conversely we sell product on the web site and Quickbooks is automatically updated by reducing the inventory on hand and updating the customer/sales information. With two locations in woocommerce only the total QoH would be updated in QB and get passed back to the web site without the specific location being updated.
I tried contacting Woocommerce but they said that they are too busy to be able to offer any support at this time.

Hey rpattyn,
Thank you for reaching out to the QuickBooks Community! Like Fiat mentioned above, a third party can help with multi-location integration. You can refer to our Third-Party App Store as well, to see ratings, features, and so forth for more information. Please let me know if you have any other questions. My team and I will be here to help! Take care.
Hi,
I have taken a look at the third party app that Fiat recommended but that appears to be related to where payments are received from not inventory and sales over multiple locations. Also when looking at the Quickbooks online apps I was unable to find anything that relates to what I need.
If necessary, would it work if I had two instances of QuickBooks as in two Quickbooks accounts? If that is the case, how could I get accounting reporting for VAT and financial statements etc. Could those two accounts be integrated for account reporting purposes. I do not want to register a second business, I simply want to be able to sell from two locations and have stock updated in both those locations into my woocommerce web site. Surely I am not the only business that has this need?
thank you
We can recommend another app for managing multi warehouses and integrating them with QBO and WC. Unfortunately the price starts from $300/month
