They can utilize screen-sharing to see exactly how the dashboard is behaving and use advanced tools to identify why the data fetch is not completing. To do so, navigate to the Help section, select the Search tab, and type "contact support." Click Contact Us, choose your preferred method, and follow the on-screen instructions to connect with a representative.
