I'll make sure this gets resolved.
If you have more than one account, make sure to select the right one. Review the audit log to check if any data was deleted or changed.
To find the audit log, click the Gear icon in the top right corner of your dashboard. Under Tools, you'll see the Audit log near the bottom of the list.
If you can't find it, your access level might be the reason. Only Company or Master Admins can access the audit log. If you're a Standard User, ask the Master Admin for permission.
If necessary, upload your bank statement and the receipts again to restore your data.
