Lost cards can be concerning, avaesq. To ensure your account's security, the first step is to contact Green Dot customer service to report the lost card and to freeze your account.
After that, you can request a replacement card through your QuickBooks Checking account, and a new card will be sent to your registered address.
Here's how:
- Log in to your QuickBooks Checking account.
- Select View card.
- In the QuickBooks Debit Card section, click the option to order a new card.
- Choose the reason for the replacement and select Next.
- Review your mailing address and make any necessary changes. Click Next.
- Complete the security procedure and click Done.
Please note that your new card should arrive within 7-10 business days.
