My employer gave me a link to view and download my 1099. When I log in, all it has me do is start a "free" trial. I just want my 1099.

You’re on the right path, wcasaassignor. Let me guide you further so you can download your 1099.

Once your employer or client submits your 1099 to the IRS, you’ll want to create a free QuickBooks Self-Employed account to view and print your 1099 copy.

After logging in, go to the Clients menu, then select the Forms tab. See this reference to learn how to sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed to get your 1099: Fill out a W-9 and view your 1099-MISC.

If you need further assistance accessing your form within the program, please don't hesitate to leave a message below. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can, wcasaassignor.
