My phone number has changed. How can I get the verification number?

I live in Taiwan. Everytime I visit USA, I got a new phone sim card.

My phone number has changed. How can I get the verification number?

Updating the phone number linked to your Intuit account is crucial for improving account security, aiding in account recovery, and receiving a verification code for logging in, Schii. I'm here to ensure you can get the code to your new number.

 

You can update your phone number by signing in to the Intuit Account Manager using your sign-in info for QuickBooks. From there, you can also update your login credentials.

 

Here's how you can do it:

 

  1. Sign in to the Intuit Account Manager using your credentials.
  2. Click the Sign-in & security tab.
  3. Update the Phone number and other necessary details.
  4. After updating the details, make sure you save the changes.

 

If you no longer have access to the old linked number, we can use the recovery form. We'll process your request within one working day. Our business hours are Mondays to Fridays, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT.

 

For security purposes, please be aware that only you can change your Intuit Account details. We are unable to access or alter your information.

 

When submitting your request via the account recovery form, please keep the following in mind:

 

  • Please ensure to take a high-quality photo or scan your identification using your mobile device. It can be a driver's license, state ID, passport, or notarized document.
  • Provide what you need to update, all the necessary information tied to your account, and upload your ID or document in the Account Recovery form.
  • Look for an email containing the follow-up steps to successfully change your mobile number, which will be sent to you from no_response@intuit.com within one business day.
