Buy nowI already tried: • refreshing • updating the app • disconnecting and reconnecting Etsy When I try to reconnect, I get this error: {“type”:“CLIENT”,“message”:””,“detail”:”/api/v1/etsy/callback”,“data”:null,“errorMessage”:””,“isOK”:false,“code”:404} This appears to match other public reports of QBSE Etsy imports stopping on February 9, 2026. Is there a way to escalate this as a backend Etsy integration incident for QuickBooks Self-Employed?
The error code you've received indicates that the integration link is currently broken, Adam. I suggest opening your QuickBooks Self-Employed account in a private browser (incognito) or a different browser entirely. This ensures you're working with a fresh cache, as old data can sometimes interfere with the connection.
If the error persists across different browsers, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support team. They can check your account and investigate why this error is appearing when importing your Etsy transactions. You can contact them by clicking the Help (?) button > Search tab > Enter Contact Us > Callback or Chat.
In the meantime, you can export your transactions from Etsy as a CSV file and manually upload them to your QBSE account. This will ensure your records stay up to date while our engineers work on a permanent fix.

Thanks for the response. I have already tried (and it failed) using a private browser (incognito) and a different browser entirely. I understand about the manual import. I would like to avoid that if possible.
My Etsy account is doing the exact same thing. last transactions that were imported were from Feb 8th. We need a solution for this ASAP. This is ridiculous and unacceptable for the amount we pay for this service yearly.

This is a really scummy thing to do to your loyal QBSE customers. The "fix" doesn't work and hasn't worked for any QBSE user so far. The integration is simply dead now with no explanation and you are trying to force us to upgrade to the much more expensive "Quickbooks Online" service. I am terribly annoyed that we got zero warning about this coming. I just paid for a whole year renewal just before this happened. I would never have renewed if i know you were going to pull this discontinuation stunt.. I'll be leaving soon as a simple free Excel spreadsheet has almost as much functionality as this garbage.
