To successfully upload your receipt, it must be in one of the following formats: PDF, JPEG, JPG, GIF, or PNG. If you’re using a newer iPhone or iPad, your images might be in HEIC format, which needs to be converted. Apple provides instructions on how to convert HEIC files.
