You mentioned that the other file is a JNG. QuickBooks Online (QBO) supports various image formats, such as PDF, JPEG, JPG, GIF, and PNG. However, JNG is not among the supported formats.
One of the three receipts might not have uploaded because of the image format. To fix this, double-check that the file is in a supported format and ensure the image is clear. Also, make sure to remove any sensitive information, like credit card numbers or government IDs, before uploading.
