My state requires a copy of 1099NEC, how can I print out from Quickbooks on a state copy?

My options are View Summary or Download - 

View summary - summarizes all your 1099's, Download - downloads your 1099's in separate files.

I do not have the option "View 1099". I can download each one and print, but there is only 3 copies. None that say for state filing. Can I use one of the copies even though it doesn't say Copy 1 for State Tax Department.

I want to let you know that QuickBooks Online does not support state filing at the moment. This means that you won't be able to see a Copy 1 for the State Tax Department when you print a copy of your 1099 in QBO. 

However, you have the option to purchase a pre-printed 1099 kit that includes a state copy. Once you have the kit, you can manually enter the necessary information and file it to your state. I would also suggest reaching out to your state agency for instructions on how to properly file the state copy. You can find contact information for all state agencies here: Access State Agency Websites For Payroll.
