My subscription expired and when I renewed it all my company invoices customers and receipts is missing

When I renewed my payment method the information has not come back. Mileage, invoices estimates and customer information is all gone

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, @jplumsolepro0607

Since you’ve already renewed your account, let’s start by verifying a couple of things to help restore your data.

To start, please ensure that you are logging in with the same account credentials tied to your previous subscription. If you used a different email or account, your original data may not be accessible under the new login.

Also, I recommend logging out of QuickBooks completely and then logging back in with your original account credentials.

If your data is still not visible after logging out and logging back in, I suggest reaching out to the QuickBooks Live Support team for immediate assistance. They have the tools to access your account details securely and can investigate further to restore your data.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Help (?) icon in the upper-right corner of QuickBooks.
  2. Choose the Search tab, then click Contact Us at the bottom.
  3. Type a brief description of your issue (e.g., “Missing data after subscription renewal”) in the text box and click Continue.
  4. From here, you can either select Have us call you for a callback or choose Chat with us to start a live chat session.

You can also check our support hours to ensure we’re available when you need us: Get help with QuickBooks products and services.
