Let me share with you how reminders work in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
The reminder feature requires transactions to be manually created. To verify if a transaction was created from a reminder, review the customer records or transaction list. Keep in mind that the “PREVIOUS DATE” field updates solely for transactions created via the reminder.
If the next date doesn’t update properly, edit the reminder template and save it even if no changes are made. Ensure you use the reminder by selecting Use from the Recurring Transactions list rather than other methods.
