For now, if you want to upgrade or downgrade your subscription. Please follow these steps:
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online (QBO) as a primary admin.
- Go to Settings and select Subscriptions and billing.
- In the QBO section, select Upgrade your plan or Downgrade your plan.
- Review available plans and then select Choose plan.
In addition, if you want to update or change your payment method. Here's how:
- Go to Settings, the click Account and settings.
- Choose Billing & Subscription tab.
- Select Edit next to your payment method and then Save.
Here is also a link regarding usage limits depending on your subscription. These limits apply to how many billable users, chart of accounts, classes, locations, and tags you can add to QuickBooks.
