Need to remove Filter on Sales Page

Somehow a filter is set on all Sales pages I open. How do I remove it so All Transactions All Dates show when I open sales page?  I have to change the Filter setting every time I open up a new Customer Sales page.

It sounds like you may have some issues with your browser's cache. Web browsers collect cache to save time when loading repetitive data and images. Over time these files can become outdated and corrupted, causing issues like the one with your filter staying the same upon each open. I've included the links for all supported browsers that contain the steps to clear the cache below. 

 

 

After clearing the cache, make sure to restart your browser so the changes can take effect.
