I'd like to ask first what promotion you joined to receive a gift card? Can you tell us if you're a beta tester? This is for us to make sure that we'll be giving you the right steps and information to sort this out.
In the meantime, I'd like to inform you that gift certificates are usually processed at the end of the month and can take 4-10 weeks to process. If you're a beta tester, the awards will be sent to you at the email tied to your tester profile and will come from Intuit.
There's also contact information included in the communication we sent you if you participated in a testing or research conducted. It includes the researcher's name and email address so you can reach out to them about the gift card.
