New Customer Setup - in alpha/numeric order

When creating new vendors, they are automatically added in alpha/numeric order but when adding new customers they are added to the top of the list.  Is there a way to get new customers to fall in line as well?

New Customer Setup - in alpha/numeric order

Glad to have you here on the Community page, @kknigge4.

Resorting your customers' list will resolve the problem you're having. I'm happy to guide you how:

  1. Select Customer Center from the Customer menu.
  2. Go to the Customer & Jobs section.
  3. From your customers' list, right-click, then tap on Re-sort list.
  4. Click on OK to confirm the action.

Once completed, your customers' name will now be arranged in alpha/numeric order.
