New here! Trying to send an est

Welcome to the Community, @userprecisionglassan

Sending an estimate is super easy and only takes a few clicks. With these steps, you'll be a QuickBooks master in no time:

  1. Click the + New button.
  2. Choose Estimate.
  3. Select a customer from the Customer dropdown.
  4. If the work has already started, select a status from the Pending ▼ dropdown.
  5. Set the Estimate Date and the Expiration Date.
  6. Enter the products and services you plan to sell.
  7. Enter any other info you need.
  8. When you're ready, select Save and send.

When your customer accepts the work or decides not to continue, update the estimate's status. For more details, refer to this article and proceed to step 2: Create and send estimates in QuickBooks Online.
