New Quickbooks server - cannot retrieve attached documents from company file

So we recently moved our QB company file to a new server. Now we can't seem to access any of our attached documents in the Customer Center. Attached is a screenshot. Are there other files that need to be moved over in order to access this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Go to menu Company > Documents > Repair Attached Document Links
