I am so frustrated with this new shipping manager I dont know where to begin. I am willing to learn and try to figure it out and even shipped my first package with it today but it is still not working right. After over 3 hours with 2 calls to quickbooks support I got nowhere as usual. They dont have a clue about how it works. She even told me to call shipstation, which I tried to do today but you cant get any support from them unless you have an account, so I set up an account with them to try to get support and guess what, they dont have a clue about this integration either. I have been using the old shipping manager for over 25 years and can do a shipment in about 15 seconds. Can someone at quickbooks at least tell me why we dont have the option of using your old shipping manager. It worked just fine. If we are forced to use this new one at least please have some support help with it. I will live with the fact that I have to manually remove the dashes in the phone numbers. I will probably get used to having to manually put in the package length, width, height every time (before it was automatically put in) My biggest concern right now and the one thing I cant figure out is how I can see my fedex negotiated rates. when I hover over the part where it says to show rates it says to go to manage carriers to set up negotiated rates. It is there for UPS, but I dont have contracted rates with UPS. I have them with Fedex, but the option is not there, so it only shows me paying full price for my shipment. As of now, I have to go outside to fedex, put in all the information again to see what my rate is. For now, just show me that and I will be content. This new shipping manager is horrible especially for a long time user. You really should have put more thought and actual customer feedback into it before forcing it on us.
