New Shipping Manager Package and Mark-Up Settings

I was told to Click on Units of Measure to see the feature, but it's not there. 

I see 

Dimensions:

- Inches 

- Centimeters 

Weight:

- Pounds & Ounces 

- Grams 

- Kilograms

Efforts are currently underway to implement some features from the old Shipping Manager into the new Shipping Manager experience, HelloRose.
