new version quickbooks plus online

We recently started using Quickbooks, but are not happy with the limited customization you can do in the templates. It does not match our style guide. We are a design studio. I read that in a new version you can upload/ import your own template, but I can't find info on how to access the new version. We are still in our free trial period, is that why?

You may need a 3rd party app as a workaround. What kind of design do you make? Interior design or else?

We are an experential design studio (so broad range of work), and having the correct branding (and font) on our quotes and invoices is quite essential for us. :)

I know that being able to import a custom template would be beneficial to your business, Vivian_250K.

Let me share some insights about this. As of 6/29/2021 Importing Styles feature for new QuickBooks Online accounts can no longer access this feature inside QuickBooks labs. Here's an article for more details: Import custom form styles for invoices and estimates in QBO.

You may consider Fiat's suggestion to look for a third-party application that lets you import a custom style template that can integrate with QBO. Just go to the Apps menu or through the QuickBooks App Store.

Here's how:

Navigate the Apps menu.
Search for a keyword, or click on the Browse category drop-down for a more specific search.
Click the app to see the key benefits.
Select the Get app now button to integrate.
