However, if you'd still like to speak with our live support representatives, you can access your QBO account via an incognito window, so you contact our Customer Care Support.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. On your keyboard, press CTRL+SHIFT+N (Chrome).
  2. Go to https://qbo.intuit.com/.
  3. Tick the Help button at the top.
  4. Scroll down and type "I need to speak to a human".
  5. Click Get help from a human.
  6. Choose either Chat with us or Have us call you.

For three days, when I have asked to speak with a human, the reply from QB Assistant is that "I'm having some technical difficulties right now.  But we probably have an article that can help you.

 

Intuit, you don't publish a number I can call so what do I do now?

Assuming that you use QBO, You can always request a callback. 

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. Select either tab to get started:
    • Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can still Talk to a human.
    • Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
      • Start a chat with a support expert.
      • Get a callback from the next available expert.
      • Ask the community to get help from businesses like yours.

I can see how convenient it is to have a customer service number that can be easily used to get in touch with our representatives. Please know that aside from chat, you also have the option to get a callback from our next available expert.

 

My goal is to ensure that you're directed to the appropriate support team that can assist you with changing the username and primary admin for your QBO account.

 

But somehow, I wish to make things better by posting your questions here in the Community so we can address you as soon as possible. Since the Community space is a public forum, we cannot give a contact number directly. It is to protect you from any harm. You can visit this page instead and scroll down to the Can't get signed in? section: QuickBooks Online Support. From there, you'll see the contact number you can use to call us directly.

 

We can also connect with our support team using our website since they have the ability to securely look into your account and investigate further the issue. I'll show you how.
 

  1. Open this website and log in to your intuit account.
  2. Choose your product from the dropdown arrow.
  3. Click Continue.
  4. Enter all the needed details and especially your concern and Continue.
  5. Then select a way to connect with us: You can select either to Chat with us or Have us call you.
