not saving ACH information for vendors?

This could be a possible cache issue, Doug. I suggest using an incognito browser to manually enter the ACH information. Let me guide you through the steps:

Please note that a private browser ensures a clean session without stored browser data that can affect performance. Here are the keyboard shortcuts you can use:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

Then, manually enter the ACH details. If it saves, clear your regular browser's cache to remove specific issues and help the program run efficiently. You can also use other devices and supported browsers to ensure everything works as expected.

Please refer to this article for more details: Pay payable members with QuickBooks Bill Pay.

If the issue persists, it's best to contact our support team since they have the tools to access your account securely, find the cause of this, and provide a resolution.

You can run the Expense by Vendor Summary report to see all payments you made to your vendor.

Please return to this thread if you have other questions about entering vendor information. We're here to answer them as best as we can.
