On Demand Training Link doesn't work correctly. Is the On Demand Training Link ever going to work? https://quickbooks.intuit.com/accountants/training-certification/accountant-university/

You pick the On Demand Training and then it says you have to log in to access it.  You log in and you end up back at your QuickBooks Online Account portal.  Makes no sense.  On Line Chat was 2 hours long, 3 different reps from QuickBooks and still didn't receive and answer that made sense.  I kept getting guided to delete my browser history when its not full and others on my team had the same problem.  They didn't want to listen that it is the link that is incorrect or wrong?  Has anyone else had this problem and are they removing the additional on demand trainings?  Thank you!!!

Let me provide some information about the On Demand Traning in QuickBooks, @lwalterctbk.

 

This on-demand course allows you to work at your own pace in the comfort of your own home. The link is also the accurate one to access the training course. 

 

Since you're still unable to utilize and take the On Deman Training, I suggest contacting our support directly. They can isolate the issue in a secure environment and help you resolve it. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select the Help (?) menu.
  3. Choose the Assistant tab.
  4. Click the Talk to a human option.
  5. Select Get help from a human.
  6. Click either Chat with us or Have us call you button.

 

You can also utilize this link to check about self-paced courses, webinars, virtual conferences, and in-person events taught by Advanced Certified ProAdvisors: QuickBooks Certification.

Thank you for your reply- but as in my other previous conversations with QB reps they didn't understand my problem and complaint.  Your on demand self paced courses are not opening- it goes right back to your sign in on your QB portal.  Try it - use the link I provided.  See below.  I am not the only QB accountant client that has this problem.  

 

Have you stopped the self-paced courses.  There has been many changes to your training and they have been changed several times during the last month.  That is my question.

Thanks for your response, @lwalterctbk. I'll join this thread and share some information to get around this issue.

 

Beforehand, I appreciate you sharing more information about your experience accessing the on-demand training.

 

Upon looking at the link you've sent, it seems that the QuickBooks Desktop training is still listed but is no longer available. On-demand training is still available for QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Time, which are accessible in the ProAdvisor tab within QuickBooks Online.

 

Please see the attached screenshot below for your reference on where to find it and where the Accountant at University link should redirect.



If you're unable to see this navigation item, would you mind sharing a screenshot of what you see after the link redirects you back to QuickBooks? It will help us understand if there might be a bug or provide further troubleshooting options.
