I need help with 2 things.
1. My neat scanner is no longer connected to my quickbooks to scan in invoices.
2. When I try to pay a bill (that has a credit on the account) it tells me I can't make partial payments with quickbooks bill pay? But it is adding the credit on its own when I click which bill I want to pay.

For some reason, the scanner feature was removed from QB 2022.
I've heard of the issue before regarding partial payments. I think it's a limitation when paying bills with QuickBooks bill pay, which is again mysterious. What could possibly be wrong with paying part of a bill using this method? It's anyone's guess why there's such a limitation. The only workaround I can think of is to split the bill into two or more bills, matching the payment's your making. Might be hard if you received inventory items on the bill.

Gotcha. I guess I just don't get why it is telling me what when I am not making a partial payment, it's just the credit doing it. Thanks for your help.
Turns out it was on "online payments" got it!
