- Open your QBO account, and go to the Apps menu.
- Select Find Apps and look for Connect to PayPal.
- Click Get app now, check the box for the appropriate file, and then click Install.
- Choose Let's do it and authorize Intuit to pull data from your PayPal account by selecting Give permission.
- Complete the on-screen steps to complete the setup.
