Payroll Quickbook UK

Hello QuickBooks I am currently managing QuickBooks Accountant online with a package of Plus.

I am thinking to purchase payroll feature standard version. Please answer following.

 

1. What are the features we can utilize in QuickBooks Standard Subscription as I am using QuickBooks plus right now. What are the pricing ?

2. How can I use any other currency if I don't want to manage it in Pounds. As we have employees globally so how to manage it ?

3. Can we use this features without submitting tax or if I don't want to use this feature of QuickBooks and want to manage it individually with my consultant ? Like just manage their payroll and print receipt and keep record on monthly basis instead of using that W2 form or any other tax feature ?

 

Please answer all of my questions as I am very much confused. Thanks

In managing other currencies, you'll need to make sure that the Multicurrency feature is enabled. Also, to give a glimpse of how this works, check out this link: Learn about Multicurrency in QuickBooks Online.

Payroll Quickbook UK

I have a question Is it necessary to utilize tax option for Payroll. As I have watched many videos related to payroll. QuickBooks wont allow you to save data if you don't enter tax information or don't submit your tax  of your employees salary. Is it necessary cant I just normally utilize this feature as my consultant usually manage tax and i don't want qbo to do this. Is it possible ?

As of the moment, there isn't an integrated way of not using the payroll taxes upon utilizing your payroll subscription. In QuickBooks Online, payroll taxes are included as a package within your payroll subscription to calculate your employee taxes based on the requirements and rates mandated by your tax agency.

I have a very simple question can I use QBO payroll without utilizing tax features or submitting w2 form or any other forms.

Yes or No ?

As I want to manage their payroll but don't want to submit tax using qbo. that my consultants will manage. Hope you got my point ?

I can share additional information about managing your payroll, @kkkkkkkkkkk.

 

First, you'll need a payroll subscription in addition to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) Plus subscription to use or run your payroll. 

 

As mentioned by my colleague above, when running payroll, QBO will also automatically calculates your employee taxes based on the requirements and rates mandated by your tax agency. From here, you can choose not to file your forms. 

 

You may also consider manually entering payroll paychecks into QBO. This tracks your payment totals by creating journal entries if you don't have a payroll subscription. 

 

It will also keep your payroll and account data all in one place. However, this one requires an understanding of debits and credits. I also suggest reaching an accountant for guidance.
