To troubleshoot this, you can undo the conversation and start over by using the conversion tool in QuickBooks Desktop. For trouble-free data conversion, you may need to check a few things before performing the process:
- The Sage version should be 2013 and above.
- Make sure that your Sage 50 (formerly Peachtree) and QuickBooks Desktop are installed locally in the same computer.
- Be sure that your QuickBooks database and Sage 50's associated files are saved locally in your computer's hard drive.
- Cross-region conversion isn't' possible using the tool.
