Peachtree to Quickbook conversion bug

Hi All,

I convert my peachtree data to Quickbooks Desktop version. After verifying data i found that my Individual customer receipts are missing in Bank ledger and customer ledger, instead Quickbooks combine all receipts under one head '' Dummy Customer''.
Receipts was not assigned to customers individually instead quickbooks creat a dummy customer auotmatically and assigned all the receipts.
I need help to solve this problems.

To troubleshoot this, you can undo the conversation and start over by using the conversion tool in QuickBooks Desktop. For trouble-free data conversion, you may need to check a few things before performing the process:

The Sage version should be 2013 and above.
Make sure that your Sage 50 (formerly Peachtree) and QuickBooks Desktop are installed locally in the same computer.
Be sure that your QuickBooks database and Sage 50's associated files are saved locally in your computer's hard drive.
Cross-region conversion isn't' possible using the tool.
