Buy nowWe are in the process of completing a physical inventory and the enterprise edition is not specific as to how to reconcile the counts to complete the physical inventory.
We currently utilize the QB Desktop Enterprise solution for Manufacturing & Wholesale.
Our inventory is very large so manual entry one item at a time would not be an option.
I can share some information that can help you with completing your physical inventory, @JZ63.
You can use the Add/Edit Multiple List Entries window tp copy the data from an Excel file and paste them in QuickBooks to update your inventories.

I find it hard to believe that the Enterprise Solutions for Manufacturing & Wholesale 23.0 with the Advanced Inventory module does not have an actual physical inventory reconciliation. We have approximately 2700 to 2800 active items and a reconciliation thru the item list does not seem like a very productive method, in addition, it also does not generate any audit records.

I can see how much this feature is a must in QuickBooks Desktop since it streamlines your physical inventory reconciliation.
