This is my first time to use OB online to send out Pledges.  Can they be sent as a group? I really do not want to print or email each client  as an individual.

Good news! You can send the pledges to your clients as a group, just make sure that you've entered the email address for each customer profile.


Once you've taken care of that, the steps below will guide you on how to do this:

  1. Click Sales in the left navigation menu.
  2. Go to the Invoices tab.
  3. Select the pledges that you need to send to your clients.
  4. Click the Batch actions drop-down menu.
  5. Select Send invoices.
