I know how necessary it is to perfectly manage your business in QuickBooks Online, JL76. I wish to provide suggestions on how to get rid of the pop-up windows.
Please be aware that the pop-ups are designed to help our users efficiently browse QBO. I suggest selecting the X or No, thanks buttons to remove it.
Alternatively, you can enable your browser's pop-up blocker to prevent it from showing up. Here's how you can do it on a Chrome browser:
1. Go to the Lock icon beside the address bar.
2. Choose Site settings (Google Chrome) or Permission for this site (Mozilla browser).
3. Go to the Pop-ups and redirects section, and hit Block from the drop-down list.
On a Safari browser:
- Run your Safari browser.
- Select Safari, then hit Preferences
- Choose Websites at the top
- Click Pop-up Windows on the left sidebar
- Then click on Block in the pop-up menu for the website.
In addition, you can submit feedback to our Product Developers about this. They'll use your suggestions to help improve your experience in QBO.
