Within a few weeks of installing QuickBooks online we began receiving these calls that our QuickBooks was not updating. They stopped after a few months of my asking them to stop calling with their scams. Most were pushy and tried to tell me it was no scam, it was real, etc. The calls have begun again and it is ridiculous! It's every day, sometimes two and three times a day. I reported this to QB several months ago, but never received any follow up.

What really concerns me is that these phone calls did not start until we signed up for QuickBooks. When I call QuickBooks, I have had some agents who have no clue and some who say it is "probably" a scam and to hang up. Yes, if you receive these phone calls, hang up, don't fall victim to these scammers, they are relentless!!!
