Prepare 1099 function has Stopped working. Why?

I cannot get past Select Accounts. I followed all steps regarding selecting Vendors, selecting Accounts and Track payments.

There could be several reasons why it has stopped working, such as a glitch or an error in the data you're trying to process.

 

So, just to clarify, when you're getting ready for the 1099 account, are you saying that the mapping dropdown doesn't show the existing COA account? 

 

If so, there is an ongoing investigation about this. While our engineers investigate, I suggest contacting Support Team to add your company details in the list of affected users. Here's how:

 

  1. Within your QBO account, go to Help in the upper-right corner.
  2. In the Search tab, click Contact us.
  3. Click Continue.

 

On the other hand, If you were able to choose accounts and are experiencing something unusual, could you confirm what it is? Are you seeing data after selecting accounts, or can you share what specific challenges you're encountering? This way. I'll be able to provide accurate information.
