downloaded 1.6.0.8 and ran
File QuickFix and FileDoctor > no problems
Program QuickFix and Program Diag Tool > no problem

The problem is when we make invoices, any customer with a % price level uses last years price. if the special price % is removed for that customer it lists the updated 2025 price just fine.
why would you think anything above suggests the file is too large? and why was I so dumb as to follow this advice? the condensed file looses tons of customer information that we still need. it didnt solve the problem and we restored the original company file.
I appreciate the updates, @kitchenaid, regarding the steps shared by @IrishA. I recognize how crucial it is to keep your pricing accurate and up-to-date for your customers.
