We have Enterprise - desktop and use the price rule module. When we create invoices and override the price rule for any customer it keeps that price until we add in the salesmans name. At that point, it takes the over-rode price back to the price rule price and zero's out the shipping fee.
Hello there, NDI MAIN.
It seems like there might be a specific setting or functionality within QuickBooks Enterprise that is causing this behavior.
When you override the price rule for a customer on an invoice and then add the salesman's name, QuickBooks might be designed to revert to the default price rule price and adjust other related settings like shipping fees accordingly.
This behavior could be part of the software's automation or rules to maintain consistency and ensure accurate pricing based on configured rules and conditions.
To resolve this issue or understand it better, reviewing QuickBooks Enterprise's pricing and sales settings, or consulting with QuickBooks support for detailed assistance, would be beneficial.
