Buy nowI have enabled Price Rules in settings, used them and now when I go back to look at lists, they no longer appear. I also noticed Beta next to Price Rules in settings. Any idea what is happening?
I appreciate the shared information you provided about your concern today, @pdarling-facio. We understand that this issue is causing inconvenience to you. No worries. I will give you the assistance that can help you get back your price rules.
Usually, you can easily see your price rules by going to Settings and All Lists menu. However, the browser's cache can become filled and cause issues when working your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. I suggest running QBO in a private or incognito browsing mode to help your computer run optimally and regain some storage space to continue working seamlessly.

For a detailed step-by-step process in clearing your cache, check out this article: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.
Once it works, check your Price rules in the All List menu. For more details on creating price rules and applying them to your invoice, see this link: Set price rules in QuickBooks Online.

The link to directions you provided are no longer accurate. Price Rules do not show up on the All Lists window. I have to now go into Products and Services, then click More and choose Price Rules.
I have cleared my cache and tried different browsers.
Hello there, pdarling. Thank you for getting back here in the Community.
If you've enabled the Price Rules feature, you can control the prices of your products and services. It will also allow you to apply discounts or charge rates based on the employee who performed the service.
Currently, the price rules can be accessed through the Product and Services page. If you wish to set a price rule, here's how:
When you create an invoice, the price rule will be automatically applied to the products and services you've selected. You can also override the price rule by selecting the rate and viewing all active price rules.
I'll be adding an article to help you manage your inventory for future tasks: Set up and track your inventory.
Don't hesitate to reply below if you have further concerns or queries about how price rules work. I'll be here to assist you. Best wishes!
