Welcome to the Community, lachmanmli.
You can make alignment adjustments while using QuickBooks. Before making any, you'll want to load some blank paper into your printer for the test prints. This prevents you from wasting actual checks if you need to fix your alignment.
Here's how:
- Use the + New button, then go to Print checks.
- Click Print setup.
- Choose voucher or standard.
- Hit View preview and print sample.
- Select Print.
- Follow your on-screen steps to finish printing the sample check.
- Put your sample print under blank check. See if they line up correctly.
If they line up now, you're all set. In the event you notice the alignment's still off, you'll want to try installing or updating Adobe Reader.
I'll be here to help if there's any additional questions. Have a lovely Monday!
