Is there a way to just print an envelope with my return address and a vendor address inside of Quickbooks for Mac 2021? I already printed a check that I need to mail and do not see an option to simply print an envelope for the vendor. Thank you

Hello there, Steve.
It's my pleasure to provide helpful information to your concern about printing envelopes in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) Mac 2021.
If you want to print an envelope with my return address and a vendor address inside QBDT Mac, you'll want to create or select an envelope template to modify the information you need to show when printing the envelope. Then, make it a default.
To choose a default envelope:
Once, you've got the envelope layout with the information you need. You're now ready to print it. See the steps below:

This is exactly what I was looking for. For some reason I never saw the envelope button in that check window. All that form nonsense wasn't even close to what I wanted. Thank you

I use this all the time. The envelope button is in many of the windows. It also remembers the printer set up (at least it does for me) so if you have an envelope tray once you've set it for the envelopes it will continue to default to that in the future.
In QB Desktop Pro+, I cannot find any 'envelope' button. I had QB support call me today and they could not help either.

I am on a mac using Quickbooks Mac Plus, so maybe this will help but maybe not. If you are in your check register, where you would write a check, the top right area of the window is where print envelope is. The mail to section gets associated with the check you are writing and the address for that person/company. If the check doesn't have an address entered, it will just print whatever image/return address you have associated with your company in your settings/preferences -> envelope section. This is at the top of the window for where I would write a check....center right side next to Signatures is my envelope button. Good luck.
