Thanks for taking the time to reach out to the QuickBooks Community for support.
You can run the Transaction Detail Report and custom it to add the print column. I've included the steps to add the column below.
- Go to the Reports menu.
- Click on Custom Reports.
- Choose Transaction Detail.
- The customization window will automatically pop up. In the Display tab, under the Columns section, type Print. the check it off.
- Make any additional customization needed. Hit Run Report once you're ready.
