Is there a way to see if a Sales order was printed, it does not show up in the audit trail.

Printing history

Hey there, @trussell

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to the QuickBooks Community for support.

You can run the Transaction Detail Report and custom it to add the print column. I've included the steps to add the column below.

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Click on Custom Reports
  3. Choose Transaction Detail.
  4. The customization window will automatically pop up. In the Display tab, under the Columns section, type Print. the check it off.
  5. Make any additional customization needed. Hit Run Report once you're ready.

However, if this doesn't work as you need it to, you can send this suggestion to our Product Development Team. Our Developers review each request and consider them for future updates. You can use the link I've included below to submit your request.

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. I'm always here to lend a hand. Take care!
