Join nowWhenever I try to print an invoice I only see a faint outline of the boxes. How can I change this? This is the first time Ive had this issue. Thank you for any help.

There are several factors to consider when you print invoices in QBO, and some are the following:
From the screenshot you shared, it appears that the outline boxes may have faded due to a low amount of ink during the printing of the form. I recommend refilling it for your desired information to reflect clearly.

Hi there Mich,
My QB is also printing blank invoices. Boxes are there but no information.
Have checked all printer setting and configurations.
I have not changed invoice template or settings.
Any other advice?

If you are printing an invoice, please change the template to "Airy New". You can do this from the Custom Form Styles page or under Customize on an existing Invoice. Alternatively, I suggest that you try printing using another computer.
However, if the issue persists, I encourage you to contact our QuickBooks Online Support as soon as possible so they can include you on the list of affected users. This way, once the problem is resolved, you will be notified. Follow the steps set out below to reach them:
