Proadvisor Personalized Path

I am working on the personalized path for the ProAdvisor Training.  The first box for "billable expenses" is checked that I completed it but I have also completed Billable Time, Delayed Charges, and Progress Invoicing but each only show 7 of the 8 tasks viewed so it will not check off the box to update my progress.  I have gone through multiple times to recomplete each section and it still stays at only 7 of the 8 tasks viewed.  What can I do to re-start the certification or why is it hung up on not completing each section?

I appreciate you letting us know about the issue you're encountering about the ProAdvisor Certification, @LB90. I'm here to share the reason behind this.

 

As per checking, we currently have an ongoing investigation about being unable to complete the module for CPE assessment in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Rest assured that we are thoroughly looking into this, and our engineers are diligently working to resolve this issue at the earliest time possible.

 

In the meantime, we recommend getting in touch with our customer support team so they can include you in the list of affected users. Doing so will allow you to receive email notifications when new updates regarding the investigation are made available. To do that: 

 

  1. Go to the Help icon and choose the Search tab.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Describe your concern and select Continue.
  4. Choose between Chat with us and Have us call you.

Thank you for your response!  The problem seemed resolved as of Friday for a temporary time period but when I went this morning to work on it the problem still existed.

Thank you for providing that update. I checked, and the investigation is still active, and we are still working on making that a permanent fix. Keep a close eye on your email, as this is where you will receive updates once it is resolved if you called to be added to the list of affected users.

Proadvisor Personalized Path

Is there any update on the Personalized Path training error in ProAdvisor?  I am still not able to see check marks in boxes complete in the training as well as seeing an increased percentage completed section.
