Thanks for reaching out for assistance here in the Community. I want to make sure you have the resources at hand whenever you need some help.
One option to consider is the "Contact Us" page. Here you can:
1. Select the product you're using (QuickBooks Accountant) in the top right corner of the page.
2. Choose whichever topic you're working on. If you don't see the subject, choose Search for something else.
3. Enter "support" in the field.
4. Click Search and then you'll see the options to contact support including the phone number and live chat.
