I am having problems trying to retrieve attachments that have been already attached related to transactions.
The file is NOT accessible any more after I close the QBO session an re-open it.
The message that is displayed is the following : "I am receiving this message when trying to retrieve an attachment for a transaction "AccessDeniedRequest has expired9002024-05-21T13:21:45Z2024-05-21T18:27:50ZSBP5KKRCKS6GX91X1yShzZ54U2SmdbditnrF1wrGwOLe4P/qEh8Eo+8DO9T1okP+RF9xLyLKPYCO5x1OsRL3ssK2m+96Qcz"
No worries, JuanK74. I'm here to support you every step of the way. Let's work together so we can move past the error message you received when attempting to access the attachments.
In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can access all attached files in the Attachments folder.
If you're unable to view them, accumulated cache and cookies in your browser may be causing this unexpected behavior. To sort this out, let's perform basic troubleshooting steps. Start by opening a private browser or an incognito window on your QBO account. Based on your browser type, please refer to the keyboard shortcuts below:
Once done, revisit and access your Attachments folder. If this resolves the problem, return to your default browser and clear its cache to refresh the page and work with a clean slate. You can also use other supported browsers to rectify this.
For more information about managing attachments, please refer to this article: Add or delete attachments in QuickBooks Online.
I'll be monitoring this conversation closely, and I'd like to know how it goes after you've completed the steps. I want to ensure this is resolved for you, JuanK74.
Hi
Thanks for your response and trying to help me with this inconvenient issue that I am experiencing using QBO, the problem is just related to files attaches to transaction posted since April 18th, attachments that were uploaded prior to that date can be accessed perfectly by clicking on the link to the attaches files in every transaction.
However, on attachments that were uploaded recently, which is after April 28th, when I try to access the files by clicking on the link to these attachments I get a message that says: "AccessDenied Request has expired9002024-05-21T13:31:19Z2024-05-21T22:19:29Z7M86C4QZ1ZESSJG7azjoc3iCSFtmtsV7uSdZFx1YxmEgLTIvweUCKhLlqkdyB362KHE2T8xDxJA5hkfuQe6T7VFK0zN1554TAelXSnzh5UqTGqZb"
But I can see these attachments on the Attachments folder in QBO.
This is an strange problem.
