Procare Integration problems

This is our first year integrating our preschool's QB Intuit online with Procare solutions.  We are encountering some tedious problems. 

 

All our revenue goes to "Services" In QB, not the individual programs and as such, we have to manually change the revenue account on each invoice each month - very tedious.

 

Also, sometimes invoices in Procare do not carry over to Procare even when "sent" to customer- thus, revenue understated.

 

Has anyone else encountered these issues, and if so, how did you resolve.  When I contact Procare, they say to contact QB and vice versa.

  3. Click Get Started.
  4. Select Set up and start developing your app.

I have this same question and we have already contacted Procare support and they tell us to contact Quickbooks Online.  This app is not helpful at all if you cannot map the Procare Preset to either the Products & Services, or an income account.  Very misleading...

Procare Integration problems

We need help integrating QBO and Procare.  We currently have Procare speaking beautifully with QBO however for some reason the QBO information is not synching back to Procare. 

We have been unable to access or leverage the information that you have provided as it appears that it is for developers.

We have been told that it is possible to sync Procare and QBO and the only missing link is on the QBO end. 

 We would like to schedule a session to trouble shoot live with the tool.

I have the same problem and contacted the QBO developers months ago - nothing has changed.  Hopefully if more people request better integration it will become a priority.

I would like to schedule a meeting with someone from your organization that can help us! We need help integrating QBO and Procare. We currently have Procare speaking beautifully with QBO however for some reason the QBO information is not synching back to Procare.

I am having the same issue with not being able to map the revenue from Procare to the correct income accounts in QBO. The link in your response (Re: Procare Software integration questions....) does not work. I haven't been able to find any way to fix this issue. Please advise.

Regarding the synced transactions, you can manually assign them to the correct accounts in your Chart of accounts.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. On your QBO account, go to Transactions.
  2. Select Chart of accounts.
  3. Locate the account that has incorrect transactions.
  4. Once found, click View register. Then, double click the transaction.
  5. Change the account to the correct one.
  6. Once done, select Save.
