This is our first year integrating our preschool's QB Intuit online with Procare solutions. We are encountering some tedious problems.
All our revenue goes to "Services" In QB, not the individual programs and as such, we have to manually change the revenue account on each invoice each month - very tedious.
Also, sometimes invoices in Procare do not carry over to Procare even when "sent" to customer- thus, revenue understated.
Has anyone else encountered these issues, and if so, how did you resolve. When I contact Procare, they say to contact QB and vice versa.
Welcome to the Community, @kkg1. We'll share details to help you get through this and fix integration between Procare and QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Upon checking your post, it's best to contact the Procare Customer Support Team and ask if they have conditions you need to comply with before integrating the product into QBO. This way, they can provide the necessary details and help you fix and address the integration issues you've experienced.
We also have a separate forum called the Intuit development page where you can develop your application and interact with the developers, product experts, and engineers about software, QuickBooks API concerns, Product integration, or developer license-related questions. We'll write down the steps to get you going:

I have this same question and we have already contacted Procare support and they tell us to contact Quickbooks Online. This app is not helpful at all if you cannot map the Procare Preset to either the Products & Services, or an income account. Very misleading...
I recognize the need to synch your QuickBooks Online (QBO) information with Procare, hello-zenpayment. Let me route you to the appropriate department so you can successfully integrate with them.

I have the same problem and contacted the QBO developers months ago - nothing has changed. Hopefully if more people request better integration it will become a priority.
I can see the urgency of your concern, @Zenpay.
I want to assist you here promptly. However, I have seen that you've posted the same question twice, which my colleague has already answered.
