While I have this helpful article you can double check, publish and manage your Find-a-ProAdvisor profile, it would still be best to contact our QuickBooks Care Team since you're also updating the version to 2019. They have the tools that will assist you with the steps to successfully create changes on your ProAdvisor profile.
