Project Post - Need Year included on date

Projects > Posts >

Is it possible to change the date stamp format on a project post to include the year?

The posts only include month date, time (ex: May 23, 12:53pm)

Thank you!

Project Post - Need Year included on date

It's great to have you here in the Community, @awhigh!

We understand that you need to include the year on the date stamp of your project posts for better workflow organization. However, this feature is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Time (QBT).

To help improve your experience with QBT, your feedback goes directly to our development team for review or consideration. Here's how you can send it:

Through the web dashboard

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Time and select Help (?).
  2. Choose Suggest Idea.
  3. Enter your idea, then click Send Idea.

Through QuickBooks Workforce (formerly QuickBooks Time mobile app)

  1. In the Workforce app, choose Setting or More, then Settings.
  2. Select Help & Support, then Suggest an idea.
  3. Type in your feedback, and click Send feedback.

Additionally, here's a detailed article you can visit to manage your projects better: Set up and use projects in QuickBooks Time.

In case you want to set up time off, you can check out this article for guidance: Set up and Manage Time Off in QuickBooks Time.

Feel free to leave a reply if you have any other concerns besides adding the year on the date stamps of project posts. We're always happy to hear from you. Stay safe!
