Let's figure out why your income is not showing as well as the profit, Holsey.
Once an invoice is added or created to a particular project, the amount will automatically generate in the Income area. When creating a bill alone, still, we should be able to see the profit in the system.
Since the income and profit aren't showing, let's ensure to associate the invoice with the correct customer/project. Once done, we can access your account through a private or incognito window.
Too much data from the browser causes inconsistencies that can affect your account's view and performance. Using an incognito window allows us to test the problem without saving any data files.
You can use the following keyboard shortcuts to open a private window:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Option + P
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
If you can see your income and expenses in the project menu, I recommend clearing the cache in your regular browser to refresh the system. You can also use another supported browser.
